This morning the Government of Belize signed a Memorandum of Understanding with APEX, the Caribbean Agency for Justice Solutions during a short virtual ceremony. The MOU seeks to strengthen systems that support the courts and the office of the Attorney General.  This will be achieved through collaborative work and Acting Chief Justice Michelle Arana says that the agreement which includes provision for immediate implementation of e-filing for the courts and digital case management systems will improve the quality and efficiency of legal services.
