Great South Bay Music Festival Postponed

The Great South Bay Music Festival, Long Islands largest, and longest running four-day music & arts festival, is being postponed to July of 2022. The new dates are July 7 through 10, 2022 and will set up at its original home at Shorefront Park in Patchogue. The decision was based on the numbing amount of uncertainty related to Covid compliance and safety, cost increases, artist discomfort and the now shortened lead time to successfully and safely produce a festival of this size. “I find it hard to fathom that I must again announce that The Great South Bay Music Festival has been re-scheduled.  The disappointment that we feel, first losing the 2020 and now the 2021 festival to this pandemic is maddening, but the health and safety of our attendees, artists, fest workers and community is our top priority.  The very last thing we want to do is push forward based on impatience or greed.” say’s festival Producer, Jim Faith.
