‘Mahaveeryar’ starring Nivin Pauly and Asif Ali has wrapped up the shoots on April 20. The film is directed by Abrid Shine. Nivin Pauly and Asif Ali have previously worked together in ‘Traffic’ and ‘Sevens’ and the duo are collaborating after a decade for ‘Mahaveeryar’. And seems like nothing has changed in terms of their friendship in the past 10 years. Nivin Pauly and Asif Ali seem to have had a lot of fun together on the sets of ‘Mahaveeryar’ and the pictures from the sets are proof!
Nivin Pauly shared that he had a ‘wonderful journey’ with the film and working with Asif Ali was delightful. “It’s been a wonderful journey so far. @abridshine , working with you is always a delight. @asifali , my partner in crime, you’re a gem!! @ps shamnas , thank you for the wholehearted support and being our pillar of strength.

Asif Ali has completed shooting for Abrid Shine’s next Mahaveeryar, which also stars Nivin Pauly and Shanvi Srivastava. Mahaveeryar marks the director’s fifth feature after 1983, Action Hero Biju, Poomaram, and Kung Fu Master.
Sharing the news, Asif wrote, “Mahaveeryar shooting - Done and dusted. This was indeed a vibrant experience for me, and maybe one of those movies for which all of us went through a lot of struggle and hard work! What a brilliant team it was!! Eagerly looking forward to the post-production works.
