Speculation is rife that the third wave will primarily affect the children
With the news making rounds about how the third wave of COVID-19 may or might not affect the children, the
parents are already drowning into a state of anxiety and distress. They’re keeping their young ones mostly indoors and keeping them off any kind of social contact.
While they are flooded with discussions, assumptions or arguments if the third wave will actually happen, the parents want to rather start taking precautionary measures to ensure that their children are not infected with the virus.
Hence, it was important to continue the containment zone measures strictly. Any relaxation by states should be considered at an appropriate time after assessing the local situation, requirements and resources.
In a statement on Friday, Veerakit Harnpariphan, deputy director general of the Department of Corrections under the Ministry of Justice, said the inmates were in 15 prisons located in the capital Bangkok and other areas, reports Xinhua news agency.Of t
