animal under the guise of freedom of religion.
The State is the Guardian of all Animals in Sri Lanka.
This is part of Buddhist Customary Law.

En representación de la bancada de la UDI, el jefe de los diputados, Juan Antonio Coloma (UDI), calificó como un acto de “validación de la violencia” el proyecto de ley -aprobado en primer trámite- que busca hacer responsable al Estado por las lesiones que sufrieron distintas personas en el marco de las movilizaciones de octubre de 2019.
