The latest update on figures on COVID-19 cases and deaths in Ireland is set to be released by NPHET this evening.
A press briefing is taking place in the Department of Health and is expected to begin at around 5.30pm.
It comes as the green light was given to schools this morning to bring all primary students as well as fifth year secondary students back to school on Monday.
