Library fans, if you were hoping to watch the public session of the Teton County Library board meeting this morning, you ll have to return in a bit.
For the second month in a row, the library board convened its public session, then immediately went into executive session to discuss a personnel matter. The plan is resume the public meeting after the executive session, which has been given nearly an hour and a half on the agenda.
Public comment, which is usually given space at the beginning of the meeting, will happen after the executive session ends.
The board s agenda says it will return from executive session at 10 a.m., but the last meeting it did this, it returned earlier than the agenda specified and asked for public comment immediately. Attendees have been removed from the Zoom room while the executive session is happening, but you can ask to re-enter now and you ll remain in the waiting room until the public is let back in.
