Two hundred years ago, the first edition of the Manchester Guardian carried shock figures that revealed the true extent of child poverty in the city. Leaked by a source identified as âNHâ, they showed that official estimates of 8,000 children receiving free education â a proxy term for poverty â were wildly inaccurate. In fact, there were almost 25,000.

A single conclusion
Usually love Champions League involving any teams, but mother of god. Just can’t stand watching two cash injected clubs with all these top players rolling around likes gobs. Jesus is this what the champions league has come to. Two of the most unliked clubs going, makes the game seem so shit.

LONDON: Manchester United’s Premier League clash against Liverpool was postponed after furious United fans stormed Old Trafford in protest at the club’s owners on Sunday, while Gareth Bale scored a hat-trick as Tottenham thrashed Sheffield United 4-0.
Manchester City would have been crowned English champions for the third time in four seasons if second-placed United had lost to Liverpool.
But Pep Guardiola’s side saw their hopes of a title party put on hold after the biggest game in English football was postponed amid chaotic scenes at Old Trafford.
