An Earth Fare executive visiting the company s Canton store on Thursday, Feb. 25, said through an employee that a specific reopening date is not set. The executive declined to be interviewed. An Asheville hotel and shopping center developer, Dennis Hulsing, revived the chain after it went through Chapter 11 reorganization last year. The natural and health-food supermarket was shut in February 2020. The company had rapidly expanded under prior ownership led by Oak Hill Capital of New York, and entered Northeast Ohio in 2011.

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. A suspect was arrested in connection with a double homicide in Klamath Falls that happened over a year ago. Police said in the early morning hours of November 20, 2019, a shooting at Fairview Park left two people dead and one injured. Klamath Falls Police Seargeant Ed Foreman headed up a lengthy investigation that eventually led to the arrest of 30-year-old Sean Brazil-Gates on February 25, 2021. Brazil-Gates is charged with murder, manslaughter, unlawful use of a weapon, felon in possession of a weapon, and perjury. No further information about the investigation was provided by officers. Reports from Klamath Falls Police at the time of the shooting described a meeting between two armed groups in the early morning hours of November 20. Two men were killed in the shooting  31-year-old Christopher Gregory and 43-year-old Donald Cheatham Jr. Sean Dalton Brazil-Gates was hospitalized with gunshot wounds.
