Big Brothers Big Sisters is designed to create and support one to one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. This grant in specific will assist with making new mentoring matches in our community base programs. This grant award will assist us in expanding our recruitment efforts and matching those children currently waiting for a volunteer. These matches will be provided ongoing support and a designated Big Brothers Big Sisters staff member to monitor each match closely and establish outcome goals.
