Under the decision, basic standards on green port criteria will be developed and issued in 2021 and 2022. From 2023 to 2025, the modal of green ports will be piloted in Viet Nam.  In the 2025-2030 period, nationally technical criteria on green ports will be developed and issued.  After 2030, the green port criteria will be included in planning, construction investment, and business exploitation.

Many families have reported flood water of some 15-35 centimetres inside their houses.  Many roads and streets in the area have also been put under water. Le Thanh Street experienced 80 centimetres of water. Other streets including Tran Hung Dao, Vo Nguyen Giap, Tran Phu were also submerged which caused congestion during morning rush hours.

Vietnam s top legislature relieves cabinet members - World News

2021-04-07 11:35:59 GMT2021-04-07 19:35:59(Beijing Time) Xinhua English HANOI, April 7 (Xinhua) The 14th National Assembly (NA) of Vietnam, the country s top legislature, on Wednesday relieved 13 cabinet members from their posts. A resolution was adopted by the top legislature with an approval rate of 94.58 percent to relieve Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung and 12 other cabinet members from their posts at the ongoing 11th session of the 14th NA, Vietnam News Agency reported. The Minister of National Defense Ngo Xuan Lich, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh, and the Minister of Finance Dinh Tien Dung, who was appointed secretary of the Hanoi Municipal Communist Party of Vietnam Committee on April 3, were also among the relieved.
