4th March, 2021 – Potato, the award-winning ITV Studios label behind The Chase and Ninja Warrior UK, has been commissioned to make Ready to Mingle, a brand new dating game show for ITV2, as well as receiving a host of recommissions as the label looks ahead to a busy 2021.

Premiering on ITV2 this fall, the format follows a single woman in her search for a partner as 12 male suitors compete for her affections and the chance to win a cash prize.
In a twist, not all of the men are single, with a number being guided by their partners in pursuit of the money. The cast will take up residence in a house, as the woman eliminates each suitor one by one until only one man remains.

It has been announced today that Ninja Warrior UK has signed a lease for a two-storey unit in the shopping centre in a move to bring the adventure park to West Yorkshire. Located in the Petergate Mall, Ninja Warrior UK is set to open in autumn this year. The lease is a first-of-its-kind at The Broadway and the adventure park will move into a double aspect unit that stretches across three units on the first floor - an area traditionally used as storage for other retailers.
Growing up,
I was the only disabled person I knew,” says Tyler Saunders, who was born with one leg. As a kid, he enjoyed sports, but often struggled as a result of his impaired mobility. Until his early twenties, he wore a prosthetic. It was uncomfortable, but it made him less self-conscious. “Back then, I didn’t want to stand out,” he says. It was only when an ex-girlfriend challenged him on it that he made the switch to using crutches. “Eventually, I got over the idea that everyone was looking at me,” he says. “It became my identity: I was the one-legged guy who got around very easily.”
