Rachael Deel I earned my Master of Communication degree at the University of North Texas in 2007. I then took a brief hiatus from being a student and accepted an adjunct teaching position at Eastern Kentucky University because I thought Kentucky was a beautiful place, and I have family in the horse business. I quickly realized that I belong in higher education and just couldn’t imagine working anywhere else.
