The men had stayed with her so they could take classes for their addictions, but neither of them are following through with their rehab, and she told deputies responding to reports of a disturbance it is causing stress for her. Complaint: A Toronto area woman complained to deputies because an Island Creek Township employee was cutting her shrubs back, Tuesday.
