Judge Jennifer Clifford handed down the sentence to Nicholas August, 39, who pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault with a weapon. Under the plea deal, another 22 counts were dismissed. Advertisement The judge ordered August to serve two 15-year sentences back-to-back, with at least 85% of the total sentenced serve before he can be considered for parole.
