Two teenage girls charged in the fatal carjacking of a Washington, D.C., Uber Eats driver reportedly reached a plea deal with prosecutors on Monday.
The suspects, 13 and 15, were charged with the murder of 66-year-old Mohammad Anwar after they allegedly stole his car, crashed it, and Anwar was fatally ejected from the vehicle, video footage showed.

Under D.C. law, the 13-year-old cannot be tried as an adult, but the attorney general s office is allowed to petition for the older teenager to be transferred to adult court.
