19 Feb 2021 Geoff York has been appointed CEO at Crystalbrook Collection, after working in the role on an interim basis. York brings to the role more than 35 years’ experience in general and regional management within the hospitality sector, having previously worked at Accor, Hilton and Event Hospitality & Entertainment. He is also a national board member of Tourism Accommodation Australia, a peak body of the hospitality industry. York joined Crystalbrook as group director of hotels in July 2017. As a founding member of the company, he has driven the development of the brand and led five Crystalbrook hotel openings and acquisitions. In his role as CEO, York will focus on elevating the group’s dedication to sustainability under the ethos of ‘Responsible Luxury’, according to a statement by Crystalbrook.
