St. Julian Street on New Year s Day.During the investigation, detectives identified Kendall Stevens, 32, as the suspect in this case. With assistance from the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force and SPD’s Impact Team, Stevens was arrested Friday. Officers were called to Tree House just after 2 a.m. on Jan. 1 where they found Corey Vance, 26, and a 28-year-old male injured. They were both transported to the hospital, where Vance later died. Later that morning, officers said they were notified about a third shooting victim from the incident who arrived at the hospital by private vehicle. The third victim, a 25-year-old woman, was treated for non-life-threat
