ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - If you’re looking for a way to enjoy the nice weather this weekend, Dougherty Fresh Spring Festival is one way to spend your Saturday.
From 10 a.m. to noon at Riverfront Park, you can find fresh produce, gardening workshops and yoga and fitness classes.
Coordinator Aretha Wimberly said kids’ activities will be available too. Aretha Wimberly is the executive director of Outreach and Communications for Flint River Fresh. (Source: WALB)

The center continues to offer lots of activities on Dedham TV, online and in person at the Park and Recreation Dolan Center.
Small classes, in large rooms with preregistration and social distancing and masks required.
We are encouraging all our seniors to connect with us, whether via zoom, online classes or Dedham TV. You can also give us a call anytime to chat or ask your questions.

The Westwood Senior Center will continue to stay closed to the public until further notice. Staff is available daily, 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday through Friday, and we now offer limited transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping and errands. Meals on Wheels and Outreach services continue as always.

The Bealtaine programme of events at Louth Libraries begins with a Summer Cookery Class with Tara Walker on Thursday 6th of May at 11am.
In this cook-a-long class Tara Walker, who runs the East Coast Cookery School will demonstrate how to make delicious summer recipes.
