Dentists and doctors are expected to get vaccinated against COVID-19 as outlined in the guidance, jointly released by the Dental Council and the Medical Council of New Zealand today.
“As health care providers, dentists and doctors have a responsibility to get vaccinated to protect themselves, their patients and wider community against COVID-19, unless medically contraindicated,” says Dental Council, Chair Andrew Gray.
Dentists and doctors have an ethical and professional obligation to protect and promote the health of the public. The guidance recognises vaccination is a crucial part of the New Zealand public health response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Kistos plots GBP52.5 million placing amid Tulip Oil Netherlands buy

(Alliance News) - Energy sector investor Kistos PLC on Tuesday said it plans an equity raise to go towards its EUR222.8 million acquisition of Tulip Oil Netherlands BV.
London-based Kistos first announced plans for the deal back in March. Tulip Oil Netherlands is focused on offshore gas field exploration in the Dutch North Sea.
The EUR222.8 million deal with sellers Tulip Oil Holding BV includes EUR60 million in cash and the issue of EUR15.8 million of shares to Tulip Oil Holding. The deal will also see Tulip Oil Netherlands issue EUR60 million worth of bonds to Tulip Oil Holding, while a EUR87 million bond refinancing makes up the rest of the acquisition fee.

1Spatial PLC - Cambridge-based location data software provider - Expects to report solid progress in financial year ended January 31, with results ahead of current market expectations due to a robust performance in the second half of the year. Says revenue for the year expected to be in excess of GBP24 million - versus GBP23.4 million in the 2020 financial year - with adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation to be in excess of the GBP3.2 million posted for the 2020 year. The board is confident that the group s progress over the last year is set to continue in the coming year. Nevertheless, the board remains cautious in managing potential risks resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic, 1Spatial says.
