The Super Bowl is just days away and the Puppy Bowl is also coming up!
News 9 s Colby Thelen was able to get a sneak peek at one of the stars of a new Puppy Bowl spin-off called the Dog Games that lives in Oklahoma City.
The Back Nine comes at you while gearing up for a busy weekend that includes a little bit of everything including the most overwhelming game in any sport – Puppy Bowl XVII.

First Lady Jill Biden has filmed a public service announcement to air during the Discovery+ event, a beloved bit of alternative programming that runs on Super Bowl Sunday.
In the video, Biden is seen in the White House, seated before a fire with the family s two German shepherds, first dogs Champ and Major. For a lot of us during this pandemic, our pets have been such a source of joy and comfort, she says. And maybe a bark or two on a video conference.
She then points out how owners owe it to their pets to stay healthy so everyone should don a mask especially when out walking their dogs.
Nothing is better than watching the Puppy Bowl before the Super Bowl. It's pretty much a tradition for many of us at this point, even our dogs love watching it! It really is the perfect stress reliever before the big football game. This Sunday, February 7th the three-hour Puppy Bowl special will air on Discovery+ and Animal Planet.
