Napa County’s Public Health Officer has been named Woman of the Year by Senator Bill Dodd. Dr. Karen Relucio was recognized by Dodd yesterday for her work in leading the response to the coronavirus pandemic in the county. She has been the public health officer and deputy director for the Napa County Health and Human Services Agency since 2015. Dodd said yesterday that Relucio has been instrumental in guiding the county through an unprecedented public health crisis.
