DELPHOS The Delphos Swimming Pool is set to open Friday.
The pool will operate with the following (Pre-pandemic) guidelines: Hours will be noon to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday; and noon to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Admission: $3 grades K-12; $5 adult; $2 evening swim (6 p.m. to close); and free for children 5 and under. Season tickets are $40 per person and will be on sale at the pool-gate house.
The splash pad is now open and free until the pool opens.
Shorecrest opens program for teens graduating high school but not ready for college

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - Teens who are graduating from other schools and not ready for college are going to Shorecrest Preparatory School in St. Petersburg for a gap year. This is designed for students who feel like they’ve missed out on their high school experience and for those who feel like they’re not ready to go off to college, says Nancy Spencer, head of school.
Spencer says across the nation, closed classrooms and distance learning were setbacks and some college-bound seniors felt the effects.
