NAM1 case adjourned again to January 20 The Circuit Court in Accra presided over by Her Honour Evelyn Asamoah has adjourned the case in which the Chief Executive officer (CEO) of Menzgold Ghana Limited Nana Appiah Mensah (NAM1) has been arraigned for defrauding to January 20, 2021. At the last court date, the presiding judge was on leave while the case was adjourned to today, December 16. In Court on Wednesday when the case was called with the judge present, prosecution led by ASP Sylvester Asare said investigations are ongoing and a lot is being done regarding the case so he wants to take a date.

The E.C on Wednesday, December 8th, announced Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) as the winner of the 2020 December 7th polls. According to the E.C chair, Jean Mensa, said Nana Addo won the election with over six million votes, which represents 51.59 of the total votes cast and John Mahama polled 6,214,889 which represents 47.36% of the total votes cast. Sharing a photo of the sitting President and NDC flagbearer, Nana Appiah Mensah also congratulated the former President and the National Democratic Congress for their respective roles played in the election.
