Poltergeist III was a troubled production, and the film was nearly scrapped when its star Heather O Rourke passed away at the age of 12. ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - Weâre hearing from Albany city leaders after the end of a commission meeting that highlighted differences of opinion regarding the interpretations of the conduct of one of their own commissioners.
Ward Six Commissioner Demetrius Young brought up concerns over Commissioner B. J. Fletcherâs âComments and actions concerning the presidential election, the Senatorial runoff, and the January 6 events in Washington D. C.â he said.
Thatâs from an email Young reportedly sent to city leaders Monday night.
BELLEVILLE St. Elizabeth s Hospital is accused of failing to properly diagnose and treat a patient s brain hemorrhage, which allegedly caused her to be permanently disabled.
Tracy Perkins, as guardian of the person and Estate of Ralpha Perkins-Davis, a disabled person, filed a complaint Jan. 5 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Kevin Thompson, M.D., Huzefa Chinwala, M.D., and St. Elizabeth s Hospital of the Hospital Sisters of The Third Order of St. Francis, doing business as HSHS St. Elizabeth s Hospital, alleging medical malpractice.
According to the complaint, Ralpha Perkins-Davis went to St. Elizabeth s Hospital s urgent care on Sept. 22, 2019, allegedly suffering from a severe headache and pressure behind her eyes. She was discharged on the same day. The plaintiff alleges, two days later, Perkins-Davis was seen at St. Elizabeth s ER and was again sent home without any diagnostic testing being done on her head. ¯ A lieutenant began an investigation Jan. 12 into a vehicle being entered and a laptop and handgun being stolen. This case remains under investigation.
¯ A deputy completed a crash report Thursday where Paul Reginald of Lauderhill, Fla., was travelling on Warren Chapel Road and became stuck in a corn field.
¯ A lieutenant was dispatched Friday to 248 Mill Branch Road, Belpre, to a report of two male subjects shoving Steve Baughman out of his house and threatening him. Baughman had locked himself in his vehicle and the two males were beating on his vehicle. The lieutenant met with all three subjects.

COLLINSVILLE A Riverbend couple is opening their second Smoothie King, this time in Collinsville.
Erica and Nathan Davis opened their first Riverbend Smoothie King in September 2019 at 317 Homer Adams Parkway in Alton. They now also are operating a second site at 1104 Collinsville Crossing Blvd. in Collinsville.
The business offers in-store purchases, online ordering, delivery and curbside pick-up. Smoothie King’s menu features 70 purposefully-blended smoothies tailored to each guest’s needs, all of which fit into one of four purpose categories: Fitness, Slim, Wellness and Break Time.
Nathan Davis has a background in medical sales. Erica Davis has a background as an elementary teacher.
