Ion Apostol, Director for National Agency for Regulation of Nuclear and Radiological Activities (NARNRA), and Dazhu Yang, IAEA Deputy Director General and Head of the Department of Technical Cooperation, signed the Republic of Moldova’s Country Programme Framework (CPF) for the period of 2021–2026 on 18 December 2020. A CPF is the frame of reference for the medium-term planning of technical cooperation between a Member State and the IAEA and identifies priority areas where the transfer of nuclear technology and technical cooperation resources will be directed to support national development goals.

Organizational Setting
The main aim of the FAO country offices, which are headed by an FAO representatives, is to assistant governments to develop policies , programmes and projects to achieve food security and to reduce hunger and malnutrition, to help develop the agricultural, fisheries and forestry sectors and to use their environmental and natural resources in a sustainable manner.
