He pulled the Truck race from Eldora when he realized it wouldn t get a Cup date.
Stewart wanted to race the Busch Clash but never heard back from NASCAR
Tony Stewart and NASCAR aren’t seeing eye-to-eye right now.
In fact, they’re not seeing each other at all, because it appears the sanctioning body has forgotten how to reach its three-time champion. It’s either that, or NASCAR just isn’t particularly interested in interacting with him right now.

Reaume Brothers Racing is delighted to announce that Jake Griffin will be running both the Bristol Dirt Race and Knoxville dirt race in 2021 in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. The agreement between Reaume Brothers Racing and Jake Griffin was signed just this past week, and both parties are eager to start the year off with this exciting news.
“I am really looking forward to getting back behind the wheel in 2021. To have it be for RBR in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series at two of the most historic racetracks in the world, well you can’t ask for too much more of an opportunity then that.” said Griffin. The two dirt races on the NCWTS Schedule that Griffin is scheduled to run are at Bristol Motor Speedway on March 27th for the Pinty’s Truck Race on Dirt and at Knoxville Raceway on July 9th. A new event is coming to Knoxville Raceway this summer, as Superstar Racing Experience will make an appearance on Saturday, June 19th. The experience will coincide with the 360 and Pace Performance Pro Sprint races on Friday June 18th.
“SRX” will showcase some of the most talented racers from American and international backgrounds in equally prepared machines at six of the most challenging venues in the country. Confirmed racers include Indianapolis 500 Champion Helio Castroneves, NASCAR Cup Series Champion Bill Elliott, 17-time Trans-Am Series winner Willy T. Ribbs, and nine-time Formula One Winner Mark Webber, among others.
