The Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has canceled an Amber Alert for the Navajo Police Department for two children last seen in southwest Colorado. CBI said, Friday morning, that the two young children at the center of the alert were located and are safe. An amber alert for the two was originally issued Thursday evening when the two were believed to be with a 35-year-old  man, last seen in a brown over white 2005 Ford F-250 pickup in the  Dolores, CO area, Thursday afternoon. AMBER ALERTS  “Amber” stands for America s Missing: Broadcast Emergency Response. The alert was created after the January 1996 kidnapping and murder of 9-year-old Amber Hagerman.
