The children were safe and reunited with their mother and family in Cortez, Colorado.Their father, 35-year-old Brandon Begay was arrested without incident.Navajo Police issued the Amber Alert Thursday after they said Brandon Begay took the children from their home in Aneth, Utah.Police said the children were believed to be in danger and their father reportedly made threats of self-harm.Police used cellphone tracking to find the father and children in Colorado.

An Amber Alert was issued Thursday night for two children last seen in southwest Colorado.
The Navajo Police Department issued the alert for 1-year-old Bailey Begay and 3-month-old Braidin Begay.
Police said the children are believed to be with 35-year-old Brandon Begay.
On Friday morning, the Colorado Bureau of Investigation announced that the Amber Alert had been deactivated and that children had been found safe.

DOLORES, Colo. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has canceled an Amber Alert for the Navajo Police Department for two children last seen in southwest Colorado.
CBI said, Friday morning, that the two young children at the center of the alert were located and are safe.
An amber alert for the two was originally issued Thursday evening when the two were believed to be with a 35-year-old man, last seen in a brown over white 2005 Ford F-250 pickup in the Dolores, CO area, Thursday afternoon.

DENVER â Two Native American children who were the subject of an Amber Alert out of the Navajo Nation were located and are safe, police say.
The Colorado Bureau of Investigation issued an Amber Alert Thursday for a 1-year-old girl and a 3-month-old boy last seen in Dolores, Colorado.
The 1-year-old and 3-month-old were last seen with Brandon Begay, 35, in the Dolores area at approximately 4:30 p.m. Thursday. The Navajo Police Department later confirmed Begay is the children s father.
