Tonight on FOX their Gordon Ramsay culinary competition series Hell’s Kitchen airs with an all-new Thursday, April 1, 2021, season 19 episode 13 and we have your Hell’s Kitchen recap below. On tonight’s Hell’s Kitchen season 19 episode 13 episode called,
“It’s Time!,” as per the FOX synopsis,
“The final five chefs compete in the “5 Dome Ingredient Challenge,” during which one protein and four supplements are revealed as they cook, and the team must decide amongst themselves who gets which ingredient as the challenge progresses.
Later, it’s time for the first Black Jacket dinner service, when all the chefs must cook together in the kitchen for the first time
San Antonio foodies are getting together to celebrate one of their own and you’re invited.
Chef Mary Lou Davis is set to appear on Thursday night’s episode of “Hell’s Kitchen” as well as be part of a watch party here in San Antonio. Fans and foodies alike can stop by Evil Olive at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 1, to show their support and take part in a question and answer session with the chef.
Davis was one of 18 contestants chosen to take part in the hit show’s 19th season. She made her TV debut back in January. For those who haven’t been keeping up with the show, this season’s contestants are competing for a position at celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen restaurant in California and a cash prize of $250,000.

There’s a new king in town the king of concrete.
Or at least that’s what some might want to call Wassim Ghannoum, associate UTSA professor and winner of the American Concrete Institute’s (ACI) Wasom Medal, or most meritorious research paper award.
According to UTSA Today, the associate professor in the University’s Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering has spent the last 10 years perfecting a unique method to strengthen and repair faulty bridges and other flimsy concrete structures. Documenting his work with carbon fiber reinforced polymers (CFRP) and concrete in a research paper for peer review to the ACI, Ghannoum’s decade long developments were lauded with the prestigious accolade.

Looking to adopt a dog or know someone who could benefit from a new best friend? The Animal Defense League of Texas has announced their April Adopt-A-Thon with an ambitious goal to find 150 dogs new homes, according to their Facebook page.
From April 1-30, the organization will waive adoption costs for dogs older than six months. Instead of the standard fee, the Animal Defense League is asking for a monetary donation in support of its medical program.
Though the organization has a goal of 150 adoptions, the number of pets impacted is actually closer to 300 since every dog that is adopted opens up kennel space for another. So along with a new pup, adopters have the benefit of knowing that adopting one pet saves two lives.
