NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. As New York state continues to make efforts to get more people vaccinated against the coronavirus, 35 pop-up vaccination clinics have been set up, including some in Western New York.
At a clinic in Niagara Falls, there are questions about two elected officials getting the shot ahead of others. We re trying to reach the Black and brown community those that are underserved, said Lucy Candelario, the executive director of The Belle Center.

NIAGARA FALLS, NY (WKBW) â Pop up COVID vaccination clinics opened in Buffalo, Lackawanna and Niagara Falls the sites were set up in what the state deems underserved neighborhoods.

Some county officials around New York are urging Governor Cuomo to give them more guidance on his decision to extend vaccine eligibility, after Cuomo announced that restaurant workers and even Uber drivers could be added to the list of people who can get the shot.
NEW YORK - Governor Andrew Cuomo has announced that 35 new community-based pop-up COVID-19 vaccination sites will be coming online this week at churches, community centers, public housing complexes, and cultural centers.
The sites are expected to vaccinate over 25,000 people throughout the week, with more sites coming online every week.
