【財華社訊】招商銀行(03968.HK)公布，近日，有媒體報道，由公司代銷的規模為人民幣5億元的大業信托·君睿15 號(九通基業)項目集合資金信托計劃出現實質性違約，未向投資者分配2021年第二季度的利息。公司為大業信托·君睿15號(九通基業)項目集合資金信托計劃的代銷機構，該信托計劃的產品發行方及主動管理人為大業信托有限責任公司(簡稱大業信托)。該信托計劃已於2021年8月16日到期。大業信托依據該信托計劃受益人的投票表決結果，已經代表該信托計劃受益人加入了華夏幸福基業股份有限公司債委會(簡稱債委會)。依據債委會規程，各債權人的債務化解方案，需等待債委會確定的統一債務化解方案公布後方能得知。目前債委會尚未公布債務化解方案。公司將從維護客戶利益角度出發，督促主動管理方大業信托妥善解決信托利益的分配問題。
