Police recorded four cases of people attempting to cross containment zones in the Southern and Eastern divisions.
Acting Commissioner of Police Rusiate Tudravu said that two men, aged 45 and 29, were arrested for crossing from Suva to Wailekutu by boat while another two men were arrested for crossing a creek from Narere to Nakasi.
Police also recorded 10 cases of health restriction breaches over the past 24 hours as well as five curfew breaches.
The Western Division recorded four cases including three people who were found loitering along the Dratabu Village area in Nadi during curfew hours while a 21-year-old man was found walking along Saru back road in Lautoka.

Four cases of breaching containment zones were recorded by Fijian Police in the last 24 hours.
Police said the four cases included two men aged 45 and 29 years who were arrested for crossing to Wailekutu from Suva by boat, and the other two who were found crossing the creek from Narere to Nakasi.
Fiji’s Acting Commissioner of Police Rusiate Tudravu said 19 cases in total were recorded overnight for either not complying with public health restrictions and breaching curfew orders.
ACP Tudravu said 13 people were arrested in the Southern Division – five people including a juvenile were found drinking grog at the Muslim League in Nabua, two men were found sniffing glue at the Vatuwaqa area, and the two men who crossed by boat from Suva to Wailekutu.
