BROOMFIELD, Colo. â Since Monday, Great Scottâs Eatery in Broomfield has been operating under Level Yellow guidelines, allowing them to offer indoor dining at a 50% capacity after they were accepted into the state s 5-star program. The food is very good, the wait staff is excellent and the managers do their job, said Jolene Quigley, who has been eating at Great Scott s for 20 years. 50% is manageable but obviously being at 50% now, weâre at half at our tables, so 15 instead of 30-something tables, which on a normal day like today pre-covid weâd have four or five servers on the floor and today weâre running two, said owner Justin Abrams.
