There is no doubt that the Bible is filled with accounts of Jesus’ healing miracles. When we look at the healing ministry of Jesus, we recognize the vital connection we have with it – We are His body on earth today. If you look at any of Jesus’ healing miracles, it will reveal facts about how He healed and whom He healed. Jesus did this by the Word and through the faith of those who desired His healing including the sick, those who had demons and those who were desperate and persistent. There are many questions that come up related to the ministries of healing. These questions often include does God heal everyone, why are some people not healed and whose faith is necessary for healing? While we don’t have all the answers, Scripture tells us to turn to prayer.

Dawson County Emergency Services personnel waited, lining the sides of Ridge Road on Monday, Jan. 18, with lights flashing, watching the road for approaching cars. Alongside them, the family and friends of Angela Frady waited patiently, despite the cold wind blowing.
A little black car appeared at the end of the dirt road, and the assembled people began smiling and waving as the car slowly approached, passengers’ hands sticking out of the open windows as they waved back. Pamela Hamalainen opened the passenger door and helped Frady out of the car to greet her friends and family.
I’ve always said I wish God could teach me the biggest lessons without the biggest heartaches. But I usually find it’s seasons of grief and suffering when I learn the most.

Healing for physical and emotional sickness is in God’s plan for our lives. Jesus is the Great Physician who healed people throughout his ministry and continues to do so today. He cares about your body and mind just as much as your soul. In the Kingdom of God healing is the default mode for health.
We don’t discourage a sick friend from going to the doctor yet we can be wary of encouraging him to pursue divine healing. The Bible is full of stories about people getting healed. The stories are very diverse in the way someone is healed, the process of the healing and who facilitates the healing but one factor is always the same – everyone gets healed of their sickness.

Dr. Benjamin Daniel Harnsberger Dr. Benjamin Daniel Harnsberger, 77, of Lookout Mountain, Tennessee, was received by his Lord and Savior on Christmas Day, December 25, 2020, surrounded by his wife and children.
Born in Macon, Georgia, he was the son of the late C. Benjamin Harnsberger and Jeannette Wagnon Harnsberger.
Dr. Harnsberger graduated from Emory University in 1964 and then completed medical school at Emory University College of Medicine in 1968. He concluded his medical internship at Emory University, followed by service in the Medical Corps with the United States Navy in Norfolk, Virginia. Following his Pulmonary fellowship at Emory University, he and his family moved to Chattanooga in 1974. He began his medical practice in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care with Parkridge Medical Group - Diagnostic Center, where he found it to be his highest honor and privilege to serve and care for his patients.
