Mother, daughter die of COVID-19 days apart from each other

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. Marilyn Foshee and her daughter Julie Foshee-Knowell were beloved longtime teachers at Trinity Christian Academy s nursery.
Their family, as well as the school, are now mourning the death of mother and daughter after both died days apart from COVID-19 complications.
Both women had worked in various roles in the school for two decades, but their happiest moments were working with the youngest children.

BATESVILLE, Ark. (KAIT) - After Batesville schools returned from Thanksgiving break, they started prepping for their Christmas break meal plan.
The district had already served over 8,000 meals leading up to Thanksgiving.

The district believed it could beat that so they set a goal for 10,000 meals. They passed that goal just a week later when they reached 17,000 meals.
