JD: Could you give us just a quick background of May Day? What’s its significance to the Communist nations?
WM: Well Jimmy the forerunner of Communism was of course the Socialist movements that developed primarily in Germany and in France even before Carl Marks. In the industrial centers of England, France, and Germany especially there were very long hours, 12 to 14 hours a day and children were working. The Socialist weren’t very active. Eventually they picked on the day May 1st as a celebration of a workers and a right to strike, etc. Then of course along comes the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution in Russia. May Day becomes the official holiday of Communist Russia including Socialist Zionist here in Israel. You can still see the red flags being marched down the streets of Tel Aviv until today it’s basically part of Arab protest that they’ve adopted, that May Day protest.
The Jewish people have departed three times from the land that God gave them, today they are in their third return to that land

JD: Ramadan is a special month of fasting for the Islamic people. The first prayer of Ramadan taking place this week and thousands of Muslims up on the Temple Mount. Should it be calm or should we expect something to come out that would possibly help the Islamic world try to defeat Israel in this month of Ramadan?
DD: Well Jimmy as you said the first Friday prayers of the month long celebration/commemoration of ancient Islamic history went off peacefully on the Temple Mount and in Jerusalem. During the week some police were injured, some Palestinians were injured. But on Friday itself that was the largest gathering on the Temple Mount again since the Coronavirus struck over a year ago 70,000 Muslims said. But they gave 10,000 permits to Palestinian Muslims who had been vaccinated. They had to prove that first. The rest were Israeli Arabs or residents of Jerusalem. But we’re hoping it will continue to be peaceful but as you know Ramadan is usually a time of enhanced agitation and
JD: Would Israel dare at this time to do a preemptive strike on Iran’s nuclear program to develop a nuclear weapon of mass destruction. What would you say?
DD: Well Jimmy we again had more actual action this week on the ground. The shadow wars it’s being called continues between Israel and Iran. Israeli air craft and missiles especially launched from Israel and over Lebanon. Air borne missiles struck Iranian weapons positions near Damascus airport late Tuesday night once again. That same day they are reported to have struck an Iranian ship that belongs to the Iranian Revolutionary Guards. It’s a cargo ship and has been stationed permanently for three years now at the Southern Red Sea where it monitors all passing traffic, Israeli boats going in and out and others. Some mines struck it apparently and put some holes in it. Didn’t sink it but did some damage. The Iranians blamed Israel for that. The Israel Defense Minster not confirming that but he did say that Israel continu
