South River police official accused of groping 2 fellow male cops SOUTH RIVER Two male police officers are separately suing a commanding lieutenant, accusing him of sexual assault and continued harassment. South River Police Lt. John McKenna has been on paid administrative leave for roughly a year, since Officer Joseph Guiamano and Sgt. Jonathan Minacapelli separately accused him of grabbing and squeezing their genitals among other unwanted physical contact. Guiamano and Minacapelli have said that McKenna, who also is commander of the Detective Bureau, for years made repeated sexual comments that left them feeling uncomfortable and “creeped out,” according to Guiamano’s lawsuit.

Lander, Wyoming, United States: A woman was given a prison sentence for falsely accusing a man of sexual assault and trying to extort money from him. 36-year-old Rachael Myla Stagner was given 21 months behind bars for falsely accusing a white man of sexually assaulting her on the Wind River Indian Reservation. SheÂ was indicted in September 2020 but pleaded guilty in this year to making false statements to authorities. Stagnerâs lies ignited an investigation by the FBI due to the alleged crime taking place on an Indian reservation. The U.S. Attorneyâs Office said that even as her story started to fall apart, she kept on insisting she had been sexually assaulted in an attempt to extort money from the falsely accused man.
