四川省出台教育系统突发事件应急处置细则

　　省教育厅会同省委政法委、省委宣传部、省委网信办、省卫生健康委、省公安厅、省应急厅、省司法厅等部门，制定《四川省教育系统突发事件应急处置细则（试行）》（以下简称《细则》），报经省政府同意于近日印发各地执行。　　《细则》针对学校突发事件处置全过程、各环节逐一细化，明确规定，包括分级成立领导机构、科学界定工作责任、完善值班值守制度，建立信息报送渠道，按照突发事件的紧迫程度、影响力度和可能造成的危害，对突发事件进行等级划分和确认，根据事件类别确定应急响应机制、启动工作预案和开展现场处置等。同时，还配套制定了《学校突发事件处置流程说明》《学校突发事件应急响应图》和《学校突发事件处置流程图》，对学校突发事件流程作进一步简化说明。　　省教育厅将举办两期“突发事件处�
