The pairing of Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe also takes Opportunities onto the multi-metric Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart at No. 17. (The survey, which premiered in 2013, permits, like the Hot 100, older tracks with new activity to appear if ranking in its upper half.) With 202,000 U.S. streams, up 52%, Opportunities earns the act its highest position yet on the chart. Pet Shop Boys have posted eight titles on Hot Dance/Electronic Songs, including fellow top 25 hits The Pop Kids (No. 21, 2016) and Dreamland, featuring Years and Years (No. 21, 2020). RASPUTIN RESURGES: Also on Hot Dance/Electronic Songs, Boney M. scores its first top 10 with the No. 10 arrival of its 1978 track Rasputin, which has been revived thanks to the #RasputinDanceChallenge on TikTok. Rasputin racked up 2.6 million stateside streams, good for its No. 25 rank on Dance/Electronic Streaming Songs.

Mario’s 2004 single “Let Me Love You” put Ne-Yo on the radar as an R&B songwriter. The velvety, Scott Storch-produced song, which topped the Billboard Hot 100 in 2005, also may have a familiar ring to it, as it gently lifts musical elements from Tina Turner’s “What’s Love Got To Do With It?”
