ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Health Dr. Faisal Sultan on Wednesday has said that the walk-in coronavirus vaccination process for people above 50 age has begun.
In a statement, the special assistant said that the citizens can visit any nearest center to get vaccine. The masses are requested to bring along their national identity cards and mobile phones, he added.

Walk-in Covid-19 vaccination clinics for healthcare workers are due to begin this week in Hawke s Bay.
The Hawke s Bay District Health Board said vaccinations of long-term aged care residents are also due to begin this week as part of the sequencing of the national vaccine rollout plan.
Following this, the HBDHB will offer walk-in clinics for the healthcare workforce who are yet receive a vaccine.

ANN ARBOR – Michigan Medicine will continue offering walk-in appointments this week Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Michigan Stadium for patients within the health system who are 16 and up.
Walk-ins must present a current medical record number with the health system. Those who do not have proof of a number will be turned away.
Doses of the Pfizer vaccine will be offered at the clinic.
AstraZeneca vaccine eligibility drops to age 40
Starting April 20, Albertans aged 40 or over will be able to receive the AstraZeneca vaccine.

Participating pharmacies and Alberta Health Services will begin booking appointments for AstraZeneca vaccinations for Albertans born in 1981 or earlier. Walk-in vaccinations will be available at the walk-in clinics in Edmonton and Calgary, as well as specific pharmacies across the province.
Lowering the eligibility age means 575,425 more Albertans can be vaccinated, bringing the total eligible population to 2.3 million.
