Protest rally demands justice for women July 28, 2021 LAHORE:Sustainable Social Development Organisation (SSDO) and civil society, in a protest rally in front of Lahore Press Club on Tuesday, have registered their strong protest against the recent incidents of brutal murders of women and children. Noor Mukadam was killed in Islamabad five days back, Naseem Bibi and her 14-month old baby were stabbed just two days after that incident in Mahuta Mohra, district Rawalpindi and Qurat ul Ain Baloch was murdered in Hyderabad not even a fortnight ago. SSDO and the civil society demanded justice saying that the trials of the accused be expedited and changes be made to the laws where amendments are needed to prevent violence and child abuse in society.
