A man has died in a house fire in Cabra.
Gardai were called to the scene at a house in Cabra at around 2:15pm yesterday afternoon.
Dublin Fire Brigade extinguished the fire, but the body of a man, whose age is unknown, was found afterwards.
He was pronounced dead a short-time later.
The body has been removed to the City Morgue for a post-mortem examination.
Investigations are ongoing, with the scene currently preserved for a technical examination.

City Morgue are headlining this year s Monster Energy Outbreak Tour. The New York trap-metal hellraisers known individually as ZillaKami and SosMula will be embarking on a 20-date run later this fall that s set to hit both coasts of the United States.
The slew of dates kicks off in Philadelphia on September 30th and travels up the Midwest and out to California before snaking back through the South to conclude in New York City on October 30th. As of now, City Morgue are the only act on the bill, but the tour will surely announce at least one other supporting artist sometime in the not-too-distant future.
