The council bosses in Berkshire earning £100k or more a year A TOTAL of 10 council employees across Berkshire took home £100,000 or more last year, it has been revealed. Bracknell Forest Council was found to have the most employees receiving remuneration in excess of £100,000 in Berkshire. The figures, published in the TaxPayers’ Alliance’s 14th Town Hall Rich List, analysed data from councils across the country. Timothy Wheadon Bracknell Forest Council s chief executive Timothy Wheadon brought home the most money with a salary of £201,000 and a pension of £9,000. Nikki Edwards, executive director of people, took home a massive £156,000 with a £22,000 pension.

This was made up of a salary of £150,000, a pension of £21,000 and expenses of £8,000.
