Ludlow election March 22 features multiple contested races Updated Mar 10, 2021; LUDLOW When Ludlow voters head to the polls for the local election on March 22, they’ll be faced with five contested races. In the Select Board race, there are three candidates vying for two three-year terms: incumbent Manuel “Manny” D. Silva; Darlene “Dolly” Cincone, a past Select Board member; and James T. Gennette, co-owner of Midwoods Dairy Barn and an information services specialist for East Coast Tile Imports Inc. Silva, who has been on the board for the past nine years, said he’s vested in the community and wants to see residents prosper and have a good quality of life.
