Police responded to 14 Street and Central Avenue to a report of an individual suffering a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to UnityPoint Finley Hospital where he was pronounced dead. City of Dubuque traffic cameras captured the incident and authorities located a 15-year-old male and identified him as the suspect. He was found at a residence in the 1900 block of Jackson Street and was taken into custody.
