New York State police investigating fatal two-vehicle crash in Albion WKBW and last updated 2021-02-18 10:40:22-05 ALBION, N.Y. (WKBW) — New York State police are investigating a fatal two-vehicle crash that occurred in Albion Wednesday. According to police a vehicle was traveling eastbound on West County House Road in the Town of Albion around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday when the driver attempted to make a left turn into a driveway and struck a vehicle traveling westbound head on. The vehicle traveling westbound overturned multiple times and the driver, Steven C. Noah, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Police say Noah was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
