The library will open its doors to in-house patronage March 15. The Hayner Public Library District has offered curbside service since June. “We have been so cautious because limited services is better than no services,” said Hayner’s executive director Bernadette Duvernoy. “We aren’t reopening; we’ve been open, able to offer continuous services this entire time, including curbside services, and we did not want to be a source of community spread. Patrons had full access to library services just not inside the library.”
