A recap video of the summit between Thunder Rosa and Kamille. Thunder Rosa calls Kamille a coward. She is asked about working for other promotions and says she has to feed her family. Also, she is not bothered by the critics. I ve been able to create opportunities for women in the business and I m super proud of it. … Kamille thinks she is the head honcho here, but she s a coward. @thunderrosa22 has some choice words for the #1 Contender of the #NWA Women s World Championship on #PowerrrSurgepic.twitter.com/Bra87cSwGf Jennacide def. Samoa Joe - Mercenary
Samoa Joe would be a big score for any promotion. Lots of dream matches await. Samoan Submission Machine versus Samoan Werewolf would be badass with Joe wrestling Jacob Fatu in MLW. Coming to the NWA to challenge Worlds Champion Nick Aldis would be money. Returning to ROH would be a cool sight. A match with World Champion Rush makes me giddy, but watching Pure Champion Jonathan Gresham trying to solve the puzzle that Joe presents is what I’d really enjoy. Imagine Joe heading back to Impact in an effort to bring home their gold from Kenny Omega.
Nick Aldis opened the show saying that Murdoch should have known what was going to happen if he poked his nose in his business. Aldis said that it was time for Murdoch and Adonis to have a fight one more time, but Kyle Davis implied that Aldis wanted to avoid him and didn’t want Murdoch in the NWA.
Aldis took exception to this, but he did offer a spot to Murdoch, asking him to come out with no funny business. Murdoch came out and said he wasn’t going to take the risk of beating Aldis up right now because he didn’t want to put a shot at a title in jeopardy. Murdoch demanded an apology and was seething at Aldis.
NWA Powerrr (Episode 26)
Streamed April 27, 2021 on the FITE TV
The Powerrr opening video aired… The broadcast team of Joe Galli, Tim Storm, and Velvet Sky checked in and ran through the show’s lineup…
Kyle Davis introduced NWA Champion Nick Aldis, who joined him on the interview set. Aldis boasted that he’s an eleven on a scale of one to ten. He boasted that he’s the National Treasure and The Dealer who holds all the cards.
Aldis said that there’s been some energy in the air ever since Trevor Murdoch started sticking his nose in his business. Aldis called for Chris Adonis vs. Murdoch for the NWA National Championship one more time. Davis said it’s almost like Aldis doesn’t want Murdoch to be there. Aldis accused Davis of projecting his elitist viewpoints on him. Aldis invited Murdoch to come out while saying there would be no funny business or physicality.
