Gail Madigan, 60, and Molly Madigan, 18, both died in the early morning fire. Police are still working to identify the third victim, a 62-year-old man. Molly was a senior at Garden City High School and had just been accepted to New York University next fall, NBC 4 reported. The fire broke out at the home on Washington Avenue just after 5:30 a.m. Garden City firefighters were battling a massive fire in Westbury at the time and left to respond to the home, which was engulfed in flames.
