AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center began providing second doses of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine today.
The vaccinations are available to those who received their first dose at TTUHSC at least 28 days prior.
To be vaccinated, individuals must bring the vaccination card they received after their first dose.
TTUHSC representatives said no first doses of the vaccine are available at this time.
Members of the public who received their first dose at TTUHSC Jerry H Hodge School of Pharmacy are asked to get their second dose at the same location during the following dates and times:

Two cases of the COVID-19 variant have been reported so far in Texas.
Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center s Dr. Steven Berk, an infectious disease doctor, suspects that there may be other cases.
Health experts say the U.K. variant of the coronavirus strain is cause for concern, as they expect more cases of it to be detected.

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center continues to provide the COVID-19 vaccine to health care workers only.
According to the TTUHSC, state health officials have not yet opened the next phase of the program.
A spokesperson said they expect more word tomorrow at the weekly City of Amarillo COVID-19 news conference.
